Pricing
If a number isn’t on this page, we don’t charge it.
Everything we charge, before you've spoken to anyone. Where we can't state a number yet, we say so instead of inventing one.

The comparison the Audit prices
This is where the money meets: what a stack costs to keep paying for, next to what it costs to exit. The stack below is the illustrative one from our worked example — three tools at published list prices — set against the one-time figures higher up this page. The Audit builds this table precisely, for your stack, from your invoices and usage data. This one only shows the shape.
| Keep paying, at list | Exit and own, one-time | |
|---|---|---|
| Salesforce · 120 seats × $2,100 | $252,000 / yr | — |
| Zendesk · 40 agents × $1,380 | $55,200 / yr | — |
| Monday.com · 200 seats × $144 | $28,800 / yr | — |
| Cost per year, at list | $336,000 | — |
| Over three years, at today's list — no price rises assumed | $1,008,000 | — |
| Exit Audit — fixed, decoupled | — | $2,500–$12,000 |
| Replace & Own — working bands | — | $45k–$180k+ |
| Running cost after the build | — | set with the Audit — not yet published |
Illustrative: the seat counts are invented, the prices are not — published list prices per named plan, sourced and dated on /methodology. The right column has no total because the running-cost line has no published number yet; a total that skipped it would flatter us. That is also why no savings figure appears here — the Audit computes the comparison that can carry one.
What this page can’t price yet
One line above carries no number: Run & Govern. We have not operated an owned build long enough to publish a rate we can keep, so there is no rate here — publishing one anyway would break the promise at the top of this page. Until then it is priced with the Audit, in writing, before any build starts, and the band joins this page once it is earned.
Decoupled
The Audit fee is never credited toward a build, so the Audit is paid to advise — not to sell you a build.
Keep is an answer
Some audits end with 'stay, and here's the renewal to fight.' That outcome costs the same and we consider it a success.
A band is not a quote
Replace & Own ranges are our current working bands, not quotes. Only the Audit fixes a price and a date, in writing.
If you disagree
The Audit's findings, reasoning, and playbook are yours regardless — take them to your own team, act on none of them, argue with every verdict. You're buying the judgment in writing, not an obligation to follow it.
We are a young firm, so published arithmetic stands where client references will: every number a Brief prints has its formula and its source printed beside it, and the methodology page holds the working in full.
